Bronze subscribers receive SongShow Plus activation support via email.
Silver and Gold subscribers receive weekday phone support and email support.
Platinum subscribers receive phone and email support 7 days a week. Our support hours are 8am to 4pm (Mon-Fri) and 6am to 10am (Sat-Sun). All times listed are Mountain Time and exclude observed holidays.
