This subscription level provides your church with access to real-time phone and remote assistance for technical issues related to your SSP presentation software. IMPORTANT: If your SongShow Plus subscription has expired, or if you are a current Bronze subscriber, you are eligible to access the self-help resources. The SSP User Guide can be accessed from within the SSP software under Help>User Guide. The User Guide is designed to give a brief overview for each feature available in SSP. For troubleshooting technical issues with a specific feature you will want to refer to the SSP Knowledge Base articles.
