IMPORTANT: If your SongShow Plus subscription has expired, or if you are a current Bronze subscriber, you are eligible to access the self-help resources. The SSP User Guide can be accessed from within the SSP software under Help>User Guide. The User Guide is designed to give a brief overview for each feature available in SSP. For troubleshooting technical issues with a specific feature you will want to refer to the SSP Knowledge Base articles.

NOTE: GoFishMedia also provides limited supported for equipment sold by GFM such as computers or video gear. We also support vMix live streaming software for customers with a vMix support subscription sold by GFM.
