CUSTOMER ID INSTRUCTIONS
To find your Customer ID number:
1. Open SongShow Plus
2. Click HELP > ABOUT. The Customer ID is listed in the first paragraph.

CODE A INSTRUCTIONS
To receive the Code A (after installing SongShow Plus):
1. Open SongShow Plus.
2. A prompt will pop up saying that you need to unlock the software as a projection. Click ok.
3. Choose options A > A > E.
4. If you are trying to receive an unlock because of a subscription notice, choose option F (None of the above), then use step 3.

SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRED NOTICE
If you are receiving a Subscription Expired notice when you open SongShow Plus, do not panic. The code that you originally entered to unlock SongShow Plus had the original expiration date attached to it. In some cases, when you renew, you will receive a Subscription Expired notice. From this point, all you need is a license file. A license file is an attachment that comes in an email that we send, that you can save, open up, and it will remove the subscription notice. This license file communicates with SongShow Plus and tells it that the account is renewed. This process also completely bypasses having to enter your unlock code. Please have your Customer ID number, Code A, and a valid email address ready. (Refer to the steps above)
